As we start to get use to the new routine of working from home, things are already changing again. Call this my back to work announcement.
Unfortunately, a career in photography, especially in a market that is saturated by ‘professional’ photographers, is a difficult one to provide a person with financial stability. Many of us have to supplement our incomes with additional part-time or full-time work and I’m an individual part of this group.
As of today, June 1, I will return to work at the West Hillhurst Community Association, continuing my roll as administration and marketing for the centre. Although the centre will remain closed until at least September 1 due to the Covid-19 pandemic, there is much to prepare and catch up on prior to opening.
I will continue to work as hard as I can to continue to update my blog, social media and updates for my clients, followers and visitors. Although my photography bookings will now be limited to Friday to Sunday, I will be here to provide you with the best service and imagery that District 12 Photographics promises.
