Another year has passed and it’s time to celebrate the beauty, peace and love that our country has given us as citizens since 1867. I want to say, Happy Canada Day from District 12 Photographics.
It’s been a tough year, from the COVID-19 Pandemic, to the uprising of society for equality. The Black Lives Matter movement has captured our hearts and souls again, pushing for equality for all. Trump (I will never refer him as president, as he is a self-indulged POS) has basically started a civil war within his own country and we can all tell he is pushing for dictatorship and communism.
I won’t let my opinions go, as this post is not about the ill-fated USA in 2020.
This post is about celebrating Canada for all of what it is. Thank you for the leadership that continues to keep our society inline, a government that cares about its’ citizens no matter race, religion sexuality or colour and a place that gives Canadian proud to live in.
From the plains of the parries, to the Rocky Mountains of the west, the natural wonders and beauty of nature surrounds our beautiful country that many will never get to experience.
We are lucky to live in a free, fair and unbiased country that allows us to be who we are. The freedom to practice religion, the freedom of speech and the freedom of our country makes it one of the best in the world.
It is an honour and a pleasure to be born in Canada and to call myself a Canadian citizen. Happy Birthday Canada – you’ve never looked so good!
Please note that I will be closed today to celebrate, but contact me to make your booking for further information about the sessions. To stay up-to-date with everything else that is happening, please follow me on Instagram and Facebook.
